TOM: A lot of us want to shop at home. We shop on the internet, right? It makes it easy but can you do that with floor coverings? Sometimes you can but you never know. You’ve got to be careful. Well, there’s a place here in town that you can shop at home but you are going to talk to a real live person in your home. I think that’s the difference. They will go over the design ideas you have and that way you get a quality job and the convenience of being at home and not the risk of getting some floor covering that’s not going to work.
